I am really happy to say that i survived the meet the parents session. x)

But i have to say that i think that day went really well and it was fun and everything like that. YEP!

HUDA! thanks for printing the pictures, like even though we had papers the next day and everything like that, you'd go collect the pictures so that i wouldn't have to bring it along with me when i met him that friday. I know i was really bad at giving instructions. Like i didn't tell you what exactly i wanted and the lady at the shop was giving you a lot of problems and what not, but really. If you didn't help print the pictures, there would be no way i would have been able to put the present together. Really. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

Anyways, i start work at Singapore Cancer Foundation, as a Administration Assistant for the Education Department. 0830 to 1800. DAILY. Till 28th Sept.
Feeling kinda creeped about it cos i have no idea what to do and what i have to do and who's gonna be there and all that sort of thing. I mean like hey, go into the building and say Hi, i am the part time person that you employed for the admin assistant post. What am i supposed to do?
Ok, maybe not so casually, but something to that extent. And then when i walk in there with my red nose, i'll look so funny!
I hope i manage to find my way on time.
Anyways, this week is gonna be fun i think.
Rachel: (Picks up the phone to call brian, waits for him to answer the phone.)
Brian: (Answers the phone) Hello?
Rachel: Hey, eh, home already.
Brian: (Very abruptly) Buying something. Call you back.
(With that, he hangs up the phone)
Then, i start wondering. What in the world is going on???? Buy things then must cancel the call ah? Its just buying things what!!!!
About 5 minutes later, he calls back.
Brian: Hey dear,
Rachel: What happened?
Brian: (Very calmly,) I went to get the new Corrinne May album for you.
Rachel: For what? downloaded already what!!! Ai yo. Don't lah!
Brian: Too bad. Bought already.
Rachel: WHY?? Downloaded already. Thats more than good enough!
Brian: Remember the other cd i got you?
Rachel: Yeah, Josh Groban
Brian: Yeah, i only get you albums that i think are nice and worth keeping. And this is one is
called beautiful seed. For my beautiful girl. So when i give it you i can say beautiful see!
Rachel: BUT WHY?
Brian: Buy for you lah! Cannot ah?
